You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of Generative AI pipelines (RAG) for querying complex knowledge bases
- Integration of language models (LLMs) with APIs and legacy systems of banks and insurance companies
- Optimization of token consumption and reduction of model response latency
- Collaboration with development teams to validate model accuracy and mitigate hallucinations
- Implementation of security, validation, and content filtering layers (Guardrails)
Minimum requirements
Requirements and skills we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experience in AI/ML
- Experience with AI agents and RAG systems
- Knowledge in NLP and Prompt Engineering
- Familiarity with Ollama, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI
- Integration with APIs REST, JSON, and Python
- Experience with Docker, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum)
