- Lead demanding projects, such as IAM Security Assessments, development of IAM strategies and associated roadmaps for implementation, definition of IAM processes and associated reference architectures
- Manage IAM implementations
- Expand and further develop our service portfolio, taking into account digital trends such as Zero Trust, Identity-as-a-Service, Self Sovereign Identity, Dynamic versus Role-Based Access in hybrid architectures (on-premises and cloud)
- Continuously develop and promote our colleagues within the IAM Security team
Minimum requirements
Your skillset
- Above-average completed technical or scientific degree (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Informatics)
- Experience in carrying out IAM projects/programs, as well as in-depth knowledge of IAM architectures and concepts, common standards and leading practices, and a strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate complex issues understandably
- Very good communication skills in German and English at C1 level
