Minimum requirements
- Completed or in-progress degree in Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience with Data Governance, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), and DAMA-DMBOK principles;
- Knowledge in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) for integration with catalog/lineage
- Databricks Unity Catalog, IBM Data Catalog, or Azure Puview EDC Apache Atlas Erwin Data Quality/MDM: Informatica, Talend, or Ataccama Data Quality/MDM: Informatica, Talend, Ataccama (preferred);
- Experience with SQL and Python languages;
- AI Governance/Generative AI
- Intermediate English will be considered a plus.
- Certifications: DCAM, DAMA CDMP, Collibra Ranger/Administrator, Alation, LGPD/DPO, ITIL/ISO 27001 (Preferred).
Main Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize data governance policies/procedures (access, quality, lineage, metadata);
- Structure business glossary, domains, and roles (owners/stewards);
- Implement catalog/lineage tools (Collibra, Alation, Atlas, Informatica);
- Design and monitor quality indicators (DQ Rules, SLAs, scorecards);
- Map critical data (CDO office), risks, and controls (LGPD/security).
