Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement future-oriented strategies to protect the production facilities of our global industrial clients against cyber-attacks: In our international team, you will advise management on how to make their Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) cyber-secure in the long term, and implement market-leading solutions for this purpose. If this is also your mission, then you are in the right place with us. Strengthen our team at one of our nationwide locations as an IT/OT/IOT Consultant and take on diverse tasks:
- Participate in and, if applicable, lead demanding global OT and IT Cyber Security projects (e.g., cyber assessments, implementation projects, development of strategies and roadmaps, up to analysis and mitigation of actual IT security incidents)
- Development of reference architectures, security strategies, policies, standards, and processes
- Build and further develop our service portfolio, taking into account digital trends and innovative security solutions such as Smart Factory, Zero Trust, Security by Design, IT/OT Convergence, and artificial intelligence
- Active participation in Business Development
- Development and promotion of our employees within the Cybersecurity team
Minimum requirements
Your Skillset
- Above-average completed technical, scientific, or business degree (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Business Informatics)
- Ideally, experience in carrying out IT and OT Cyber Security projects/programs, as well as in-depth knowledge of OT Cyber Security architectures/concepts, tools, standards, and best practices
- Experience in managing and interacting with stakeholders at board level, as well as strong customer orientation and the self-evidence of taking on a leadership role in projects in German and English (C1 level)
