Your Responsibilities
As part of our Data & Analytics team, specializing in the financial services sector, in Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Cologne, or Berlin, you will take responsibility for advising our clients on topics related to Data Engineering and Data Science. Your tasks will include leading teams that build state-of-the-art data platforms and corresponding data management, as well as the responsible implementation of business-relevant applications of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. In doing so, you will support automation and transformation initiatives for internationally operating corporations in the financial industry. You will undertake a variety of tasks:
- Leading projects for the development and operation of scalable data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) for our clients in the financial sector, as well as developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate innovative technologies using state-of-the-art cloud and AI technologies in client projects and actively contributing to the development of cloud-based data architectures.
- Leading and mentoring analyst and developer teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence, managing consulting projects including project planning and stakeholder communication.
- Direct collaboration with clients to analyze requirements and implement tailored solutions.
- Supporting business development through sales activities and building client relationships.
- Coordinating nearshore and distributed teams for seamless collaboration.
Your Skillset
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or another field of study with a technological-analytical background.
- Expertise in the architecture of cloud-based data platforms and AI-supported solutions (preferably with certification and practical experience with Snowflake or Databricks), programming skills, ability to create PoCs, proven experience in leading distributed analyst and (nearshore) developer teams, as well as sound consulting and project management experience in the financial sector.
- Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
