As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work on an international Nearshore project, supporting corporate transformation initiatives and identity integration in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
Your role will involve the administration, support, consolidation, and migration of directory services, including cross-domain integrations, object migrations, and the implementation of hybrid identity solutions.
In collaboration with security, infrastructure, cloud, and compliance teams, you will support architecture assessments, migration planning, troubleshooting, and environment stabilization, ensuring adherence to technical, operational, and governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, support, and evolve Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments;
- Support identity integration initiatives related to corporate transformations, mergers, and acquisitions;
- Plan and implement Active Directory domain consolidations;
- Execute directory object migrations;
- Support Microsoft Entra ID tenant integrations and migrations;
- Design, implement, and support hybrid identity solutions;
- Configure and administer identity synchronization services;
- Work with Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and related technologies;
- Configure and administer Conditional Access policies;
- Implement and support Multi-Factor Authentication;
- Support Single Sign-On and Identity Governance solutions;
- Perform health assessments of Active Directory environments.
Minimum requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced English (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment;
- Hands-on experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory environments;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure Active Directory;
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services;
- Experience with hybrid identity architectures;
- Knowledge of identity synchronization and integration between on-premises and cloud environments;
- Experience with Entra Connect, Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, or equivalent technologies;
- Experience with Active Directory domain migrations or consolidations;
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID tenant integrations or migrations;
- Knowledge of Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication;
- Experience with PowerShell for administration and automation;
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and synchronization issues; Knowledge of DNS, Group Policy, PKI, and Kerberos in the context of Active Directory environments;
- Experience with health assessments and analysis of Active Directory environments.
