You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs
- Apply research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and metric analysis
- Plan and execute UX studies, defining research objectives, methods, and timelines
- Analyze, interpret, and synthesize collected data to generate actionable insights
- Apply visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and visual consistency
- Use tools like Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Ensure designs are responsive, adapting to different devices and resolutions
- Ensure accessibility, following guidelines such as WCAG
- Create and structure UX presentations for stakeholders
- Develop user journeys and experience maps
- Build and document personas
- Perform mappings, documentation, and other activities related to the UX Design process
Minimum requirements
Requirements and skills we are looking for:
- Completed or ongoing higher education in related areas (Design, Marketing, Technology, or similar)
- Courses and certifications in UX/UI and Figma
- Proficiency in Figma/FigJam or similar tools
- Experience with user research (qualitative and quantitative methods), usability testing, and data analysis
- Knowledge in UI Design, prototyping (wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes), and design systems
- Understanding of agile methodologies, digital products, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Ability to create responsive designs
- Basic English
