About the Role

FIDF is seeking a Technology Project Manager to augment capacity within our Technology team. This individual will provide project management support across our technology portfolio and independently manage smaller technology and operational initiatives.

We're looking for a highly organized executor who can manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and project timelines with minimal oversight while helping ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives.

Typical Projects (Most projects are managed using Monday.com.)

Experience supporting environments that leverage Microsoft 365, CRM and fundraising platforms (e.g., Raiser's Edge NXT), ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), email marketing and donor engagement platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), website and digital platforms, project management platforms such as Monday.com, reporting and analytics tools, and third-party SaaS applications and integrations is a plus.
