We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.
We work at the intersection of strategy, supply chain, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.
You will be a functional design authority on a global Manhattan Active platform, translating complex operational and customer requirements into scalable solutions on Manhattan Active WM, embedded in a large, multi-customer program. The core of the job is protecting a shared global template: running Fit-to-Template and GAP analyses, challenging unnecessary customization, and guiding configurators and engineers through go-live. The role works US Eastern or Central business hours, with travel of up to 40%, including international travel to Latin America.
At Fulfillment IQ, we do not just build supply chain solutions, we build long-term careers. We give our people real ownership, real influence, and meaningful responsibility. Whether you are leading a client relationship, shaping a solution, or building internal capability, your decisions have visible impact. We operate with a high-trust, high-standards culture that values clear thinking, collaboration, and accountability without unnecessary hierarchy or bureaucracy.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Contract engagements are paid at an agreed hourly or daily rate; full-time roles are paid a base salary in USD. We discuss compensation openly at the first screening call.
The benefits below apply to full-time employees of Fulfillment IQ Inc. Contractors are engaged on a fixed-term contract rate.
