What we're looking for
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work on the development and maintenance of Treasury solution ecosystems, ensuring high availability in mission-critical environments. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure operational excellence and system stability.
Responsibilities:•
- Continuously monitor systems, dashboards, and performance indicators to ensure real-time visibility of operational health;•

- Promote synergy with technical teams, developers, and regulatory areas to ensure operational excellence;•
- Support the observability team in the continuous improvement of dashboards, alerts, and logs;•
- Work with metrics such as MTTR, SLA, and availability, proposing structural improvements;
Requirements and Qualifications:•
- Previous experience with monitoring in critical or financial environments;•
- Knowledge of tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK, ServiceNow, and Jira;•
- Basic knowledge of Linux, networks, containers, and APIs;•
- Familiarity with incident management concepts, severity, and technical escalation;
Preferred Qualifications:•
- Experience with banking systems, treasury infrastructure, or accounting ERP;•
- Technical English for reading documentation;•
- Experience in regulated and mission-critical environments;•
- Previous participation in crisis management (war rooms);•
- ITIL certification or knowledge of SRE practices;•
- Experience with distributed observability tools;•
- Knowledge of event architecture or financial systems;•
- Knowledge of MATERA CORE;
