We are a growing company based in Querétaro, Mexico, with a presence in the US, Mexico, and Canada, focused on high-tech solutions centered around Odoo and the open-source ecosystem.
What you will do?
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer/DevOps Engineer to join our consulting team to design, operate, and evolve cloud environments that support Odoo ERP implementations for clients in the Americas and Europe. You will work side-by-side with project managers, developers, architects, and business consultants, and your impact will be measured by production stability, delivery speed, and the quality of our international clients' experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate Cloud Native infrastructures on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP for Odoo environments and associated services.
- Manage the lifecycle of applications in Kubernetes: clusters, namespaces, policies, networking, and compliance-aligned orchestration.
- Build and maintain Helm charts, Docker images, and reusable artifacts for development, QA, and production environments.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, and/or GitHub Actions) that automate build, test, release, and rollback.
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Linux/sysadmin practices in multi-cloud environments.
- Collaborate across the entire SDLC: requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Support client production environments, prioritizing availability, observability, and proactive incident resolution.
- Coordinate with distributed teams across Mexico, the US, and Canada.
- Build trusted relationships as a technical advisor with key client stakeholders and executives.
Minimum requirements
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (graduated).
- Over 5 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
- Native Spanish and professional English (C1 minimum, with valid evidence/diploma less than 2 years old). Portuguese is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience operating production workloads on at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize deliverables, and communicate progress clearly.
- Passion for learning, taking ownership, and solving day-to-day technical challenges in consulting.
Technical Skills
- Must-haves: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm · CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, and/or GitHub Actions) · Terraform (or equivalent IaC) · Linux · Networking (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPN, cloud networking) · At least one of: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Soft Skills: Clear communication with technical and business profiles · Customer service mindset in international consulting · Proactivity, responsibility, and collaborative work
- Nice-to-haves: Odoo or other ERP deployments/support in containers · Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) · Cloud security, secret management, and compliance · Portuguese
