Responsibilities
- Verify and configure automation requirements for system design and maintenance, performing analysis to convert business requirements into automated deposit system processes to ensure operational continuity.
- Develop solution proposals for business requirements, performing detailed solution design and technical configuration specifications for deposit systems, validating the requirement with the user to ensure compliance with what was requested.
- Monitor the programming of technical specifications delivered to external providers, reviewing the programming releases of deposit system requirements that were completed and delivered by external providers to ensure their correct programming.
- Address incidents through the INFORMIX and CONTROL-M systems to meet the incident reduction goal established by the company and maintain operational continuity.
- Perform functional tests and follow up on requested observations to validate that the requirement programming meets the requested functionality, collecting observations and incidents that occurred during testing so they can be delivered to the external provider who performed the programming, ensuring the functionality of one or more processes.
- Follow up on and address reported incidents to ensure defined SLAs are met and the availability and stability of business operations are maintained.
- Authorize temporary solutions and/or propose them if necessary to ensure service availability and business operations.
- Validate that high-impact incidents and requests are correctly channeled and escalated to level 3 for resolution.
- Manage and maintain a detailed record of addressed incidents and any solutions applied in databases or systems, as well as those incidents escalated to level 3 and/or problems.
- Efficiently assign requests received through the management of the cell under your charge to ensure effective, agile, and timely attention in accordance with the processes installed in the area.
- Participate in operational process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities based on incident and trend analysis, ensuring that potential impacts on support and data are considered.
- Collaborate in the mitigation of findings assigned to the area.
