- You work confidently with test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium and are familiar with non-functional testing tools like JMeter.
- You lead test teams with technical confidence, communicate clearly, and can present quality risks understandably and in a business-oriented manner.
- You act strategically, proactively, and responsibly.
- You speak German at a native level and have no problem communicating in English.
