About the Department
For the Configuration Management department, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Configuration Management at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The Configuration Management department supports the structured management and tracking of product, software, and process information. A particular focus is placed on maintaining and further developing software tools, optimizing workflows, and analyzing and preparing relevant key figures. Close collaboration with development, project management, and other specialist departments takes place.
Your Responsibilities
- Support in the area of configuration management
- Customization, maintenance, and further development of a software tool
- Configuration and optimization of workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
- Support in the recording, analysis, and preparation of KPIs
- Creation of regular evaluations and management reports
- Participation in the definition and documentation of configuration management processes
- Development of simple automations, for example using scripts, workflows, or automated data preparation
- Support in data maintenance as well as quality and plausibility checks
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions and documentation
- Collaboration with development, project management, and other specialist departments
Your Profile
- Current studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable degree program
- Interest in configuration management, data management, and process optimization
- Basic knowledge of working with software tools and databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
- Basic understanding of software development and change processes
- Analytical, structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working
- Good German and English skills, as well as strong team and communication abilities
- Initial experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or VBA is an advantage
- Initial experience with KPI tracking, reporting, or process automation is an advantage
- Knowledge of working with ticket systems, ALM, PLM, or configuration management tools is desirable
