Here your responsibilities will be
Act in the management, automation, and support of our ecosystem of Endpoints, Identities, and Corporate Productivity. This person will have a very hands-on role, acting directly in the management of Windows and macOS devices, identities and access, automation of routines, and support of corporate environments.
Qualifications you need to have
- Experience with UEM/MDM/MAM device management platforms, such as Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or Jamf;
- Experience with managing the Apple ecosystem through Apple Business Manager / DEP;
- Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell and Shell Script;
- Experience with Entra ID, Okta (SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access) and knowledge of on-premises Active Directory;
- Knowledge in administering Windows Server environments;
- Knowledge in networks and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN for troubleshooting;
- Experience with administration and support of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Skills that are differentiators
- Knowledge in consumption and automation through APIs REST;
- Experience with Zero Trust environments and security/proxy solutions, such as Zscaler;
- Knowledge in observability tools, such as Grafana and Zabbix;
- Certifications related to the area, such as Microsoft MD-102, SC-300, Okta Admin, or Workspace ONE;
- Advanced English for technical reading, documentation, and communication.
