RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and tracking of IT and security measures and projects
- Maintenance of project, measure, and decision overviews, e.g., roadmaps and risks
- Ensuring timely, technical, and organizational alignment of ongoing measures
- Coordination and implementation of organizational and regulatory security requirements
- Management of task prioritization and tracking of progress and status reports, as well as optimization of cybersecurity processes
- Interface between IT, business units, external service providers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Support in preparing management decisions, reviews, and committee meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Initial practical experience in IT, information security, coordination, or project management
- Solid understanding of IT security and information security topics
- Proficient use of project and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or comparable applications
- Experience in coordinating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and clear, goal-oriented communication
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Basic knowledge of relevant security standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements is a plus
