Position Overview
JAPANESE BILINGUAL PROJECT MANAGER | JAPANESE IT COMPANY
We are seeking a Japanese bilingual Project Manager to support client projects and internally developed systems. This role is involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements definition and development through system testing, implementation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.
Recent graduates with a degree or coursework in programming, computer science, information systems, or a related field are welcome to apply. This is also an excellent opportunity for candidates who aspire to build a career as a Systems Engineer.
Depending on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, the position title may be offered as Project Coordinator.

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Weekends and holidays off
- Three-month introductory period

About the Company
We are an IT solutions company providing a broad range of services, including website design and development, digital marketing, network infrastructure, business systems development, and systems integration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business systems projects and internally developed systems
- Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development coordination, system testing, delivery, implementation, and maintenance
- Communicate with clients and internal teams in Japanese and English
- Assist with business process improvement proposals and project planning
- Identify issues, coordinate solutions, and help keep projects on schedule
- Support the implementation, consulting, and ongoing support of business and core systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: WPF, Windows Forms, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Transact-SQL, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or VBA
- Experience with business systems or core systems implementation, consulting, or support
- Experience proposing or planning business process improvements
- Knowledge of accounting processes or experience using QuickBooks and/or Sage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to drive projects forward
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Strong Japanese and English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Interest in project management, systems development, and IT solutions
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
