About the opportunity

Work location: San Lorenzo Tepaltitlán, Toluca, State of Mexico
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with availability to handle any emergencies outside of this schedule.
As the person responsible for providing technical support, you will be in charge of providing direct technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting first-level and/or second-level hardware and software issues to ensure the continuity of our client's operations.
Main activities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users to resolve second-level hardware and software issues.
- Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing user downtime, in compliance with established SLAs.
- Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Configure standard and custom software according to user needs.
- Perform IT equipment inventory tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on computer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Update operating systems, applications, and security software regularly to maintain system stability and security.
- Data backups.
- Coordinate with external hardware and software vendors for troubleshooting and procurement of spare parts or upgrades as needed.
Minimum requirements
- Degree/Engineering in Systems or related field (Graduated).
- Minimum of two years of experience providing on-site technical support to end-users.
- Experience providing support in a production plant.
- Availability to travel to other client plants.

- Operating System Windows version 10 or higher
- Microsoft Office
- Active Directory
- Pivot Tables
- Ticket management tool
- PC and Laptop Maintenance and Service
- Structured cabling
- Preferably have your own car.
