Do you have experience in Technical Support? And are you available to work? icorp is looking for your experience and knowledge.
You will be responsible for achieving 100% continuity by covering vacations, medical leaves, projects, and technology renewals, as well as providing assistance and support to enable technological services for users during the absence of on-site engineers.
Work location: On-site at various plants in Querétaro and surrounding areas.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional Saturdays if necessary to cover for an engineer.
Availability to travel: Yes, to some states outside of Querétaro.
