Your Daily Menu
- Conduct IT, cybersecurity, and technology architecture risk assessments
- Structure and evolve the Risk Appetite Framework with KRIs and tolerance limits
- Manage TPRM with due diligence and continuous monitoring of vendors
- Execute RCSAs and validate the effectiveness of controls in critical processes
- Evaluate risks in product launches and pre-production technological changes
- Report technical exposure translated into business impact for the C-level
- Support SOX, BACEN, and regulatory audits with evidence and walkthroughs
- Disseminate a risk culture through training and awareness
Ingredients We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or GRC (tech/fintech/finance)
- Practical experience with risk assessments, risk appetite, KRIs, and RCSA
- Mastery of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COSO, and/or COBIT frameworks
- Experience in TPRM and critical vendor risk assessment
- Ability to translate technical risks into measurable business impact
To Enhance the Flavor
- CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications
- Experience with cloud risk assessment in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of SOX, BACEN regulations (Res. 3909/4658), or LGPD
- Mastery of GRC tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, or OneTrust
- Experience with data analysis (SQL, Power BI, Python)
- Experience in AI governance and AI model risk assessment
