Your Daily Menu
- Develop and maintain stable platforms for iFood Pago, ensuring high availability and performance;
- Facilitate communication between different areas and teams, actively participating in technical and strategic discussions;
- Support the evolution of Product Managers within the tribe, promoting knowledge exchange and dissemination of best practices;
- Build a future vision for the platforms, aligning initiatives with areas such as legal and accounting;
- Write user stories for developers and define project scopes, ensuring continuous delivery of value;
- Conduct field research to understand the experience of delivery partners and incorporate these insights into solution development;
- Define, monitor, and evolve the platform's metrics dashboard, transforming technical data into strategic product decisions;
- Establish OKRs that connect technical indicators to business results, promoting friction reduction and accelerating integrations.
