About the opportunity
We are looking for a Mid-Level Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to support, administer, and operate Cloud and Hybrid environments, contributing to the availability, security, performance, and evolution of the infrastructure.
The position will interface with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams, supporting everything from resource provisioning and monitoring to incident resolution, change execution, and the application of Cloud governance best practices.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and support resources in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments;
- Support the provisioning and configuration of compute, storage, network, and security resources;
- Work with VNet/VPC, subnets, gateways, NSG, and Security Groups;
- Administer access and permissions using IAM and RBAC concepts;
- Support backup, restore, monitoring, logging, and autoscaling activities;
- Perform troubleshooting related to environment availability, connectivity, and performance;
- Execute requests and changes, following RITM and Change Management processes;
- Support Cloud governance practices, including tagging, naming conventions, and policies;
- Support cost control and optimization initiatives using basic FinOps concepts;
- Work with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using tools like Terraform and Ansible;
- Record evidence of activities performed and keep the CMDB and technical documentation updated;
- Act according to ITIL processes and best practices for service management.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or Technologist degree in Information Technology-related fields;
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the main Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP;
- Experience with support, incidents, changes, and troubleshooting of infrastructure environments.
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or GCP;
- IaaS and PaaS Infrastructure;
- VNet/VPC, subnets, and gateways;
- NSG, Security Groups, and Firewall concepts;
- IAM and RBAC;
- Compute and Storage;
- Backup and Restore;
- Logs and monitoring tools;
- Networks and connectivity in Cloud environments;
- High availability architectures;
- Terraform and/or Ansible;
- ITSM, ITIL, and tools like ServiceNow;
- CMDB;
- Basic FinOps and Cloud governance concepts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Azure Firewall or AWS Firewall Manager;
- Experience with infrastructure automation;
- Knowledge of security in Cloud environments;
- Experience in hybrid environments;
- Knowledge of Data Center networks and Cisco technologies.
