Job Description
- Design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence agents to support business processes;
- Development of solutions based on Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures;
- Integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems, applications, APIs, and corporate platforms;
- Process automation through the orchestration of intelligent agents and workflows;
- Development and optimization of prompts, tools, memory, and reasoning mechanisms for agents;
- Monitoring, testing, optimization, and maintenance of AI solutions in a production environment;
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the adoption and scalability of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the design and development of AI agents;
- Solid knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar);
- Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs;
- Knowledge of process automation and workflow orchestration;
- Experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and AI services;
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalents;
Language Requirements
- Portuguese mandatory (fluent);
- English intermediate level (B1/B2).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, observability, and governance of AI solutions will be valued.
Additional Information
Expected start date: immediate;
Work model: hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote per week);
Location: Lisbon - Parque das Nações.
