Main activities and responsibilities: *
- AMS Service Management: Supervise and manage all activities related to application management services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. *
- ITIL Implementation: Apply and monitor ITIL processes in operations, including incident, problem, change, and release management. *
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment. *
- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor SAP solutions implementation and maintenance projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. *
- Problem Analysis and Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational problems, minimizing impacts on operations. *
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal and external clients, to ensure alignment and satisfaction. *
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve AMS services and operational efficiency. *
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate system and service performance, using KPIs and metrics to ensure quality and continuous improvement. *
- Budget Management: Manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. *
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all operations comply with security policies and applicable regulations.
