About innovIT AG

innovIT AG is rethinking data centers: planned faster, built modularly, and implemented with technical precision. Behind our solutions is a team with more than 15 years of experience in the planning, construction, and operation of data centers—all trades are handled in-house.

We are building the infrastructure for AI—and we want to use AI ourselves in a way that truly makes our everyday work easier. For this, we are not looking for a pure techie, but someone who inspires people and brings them along.

Responsibilities

You will work with departments to identify where AI brings real value and set priorities.

You will introduce AI-supported workflows—from process design and pilot to rollout.

You will empower our employees: through training, daily support, and an open ear.

You will continuously develop processes and make success measurable.

You will act as the interface between departments, IT, and management.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in process, project, or change management, ideally in digitalization or organizational development

Application-oriented understanding of AI: possibilities, limitations, and data protection

You use AI assistants and automation yourself as a matter of course

Strong communication and moderation skills—you persuade rather than dictate

Professional proficiency in German

A plus: Experience as a coach or trainer.

What we offer

Creative freedom: You will help build AI usage at our company from the ground up

Direct collaboration with the CEO and short decision-making paths

A future-oriented topic in a company that builds the infrastructure for AI itself

Home office with flexible location

Permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation

High-quality smartphone and laptop

Do you not meet every point 100 %? Send us your resume anyway and tell us why it could be a fit! What matters is experience in implementing change with people and genuine enthusiasm for AI.

You are a good fit for us if...

you can win people over to new things, even the skeptics,

you prefer to try things out rather than just present them,

and you do not see AI as an end in itself, but as a tool
