We are looking for Salesforce Developers | Mid-level, Senior, and Specialist

Inter is growing: new products, new markets, and ever-increasing scale.

Therefore, we are looking for Salesforce developers who want to build the future of our Super App's architecture.

The Challenge

You will build the distributed services that power our Super App for millions of people. Your goal will be to ensure high availability and low latency, with architectural decisions that truly impact the user experience.

More than just implementing, we want you to participate in technical decisions and help evolve how we do technology at Inter.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  1. Configure native objects, fields, and automations (Flow, Process Builder).
  1. Develop customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
  1. Create reports and dashboards for business teams.
  1. Design and develop synchronous (REST/SOAP) and asynchronous integrations with internal and external systems.
  1. Apply version control (Git/SFDX) and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
  1. Monitor logs, performance, and governance of the Salesforce environment.
  1. Document adjustments and maintain consistent data according to CRM policies.
  1. Participate in refinements, propose solution alternatives, and conduct code reviews.

Required

  1. Completed degree in a technology-related field
  1. Experience with Salesforce
  1. Solid command of Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous development patterns, event-driven architecture, and platform limits (governor limits).
  1. Experience with multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Field Service) and integrations via Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  1. Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  1. Experience with agile methodologies
  1. Availability for in-person work

Preferred

  1. Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA).
  1. Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or OmniStudio.
  1. Experience with monitoring and observability (New Relic, Datadog).
  1. Knowledge of other programming languages (.NET, Python, Java).
  1. Intermediate/Advanced English.
  1. Experience with multi-org strategies, advanced CI/CD, and end-to-end test automation.
  1. Experience with Tableau CRM, Intelligence, or Data Cloud.
  1. Active participation in architecture forums or Salesforce user groups.
  1. Experience with AI Cloud, Einstein, Slack, and integrations with data platforms (Snowflake).
  1. Community recognition (Salesforce MVP, speaker at events like Dreamforce, publications).
  1. Participation in advisory boards (Customer Advisory Boards).
  1. Experience in governing complex ecosystems (1000+ users, multi-org, multi-cloud).
  1. Experience in global adoption programs for AI Cloud, Data Cloud, and omnichannel integrations.
