We are looking for people passionate about technology, innovation, and complex problems to work as a Software Engineering Specialist at Inter. You will be part of a highly strategic context, contributing to the construction and modernization of critical applications that impact millions of customers daily—serving as a technical reference for scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Act as a technical reference, supporting the team with scalable and resilient solutions.
- Lead architectural discussions and the definition of technical standards.
- Develop using Java and modern technologies.
- Work with microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native applications.
- Promote TDD, Clean Code, DDD, and code reviews.
- Participate in the evolution of critical, high-volume systems.
- Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizations.
- Work on the modernization of applications and technological evolution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile and innovative environment.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Solid experience in OO, especially Java and Python.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence;
- Ability to question gaps in architecture and processes and propose solutions.
- Advanced experience with microservices architecture.
- Deep knowledge of TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture.
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban.
- Solve complex problems in high-criticality scenarios.
- Git/Git Flow.
- Spring Boot and/or Micronaut.
- Kafka, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
- AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Relational databases and NoSQL.
- APIs and API Management.
Preferred
- Development in Go.
- Spark and distributed processing.
- High-scale and high-transaction-volume environments.
- Fintechs, digital banks, or large-scale big tech companies.
