About the Role and Mission
You will be part of the Inter Acquiring team and responsible for leading strategic projects within the area. Your mission will be to transform business objectives into structured deliverables, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring quality, predictability, and results. We expect you to use AI intensively to support decisions, anticipate risks, improve schedules, automate activities, and produce executive analyses and reports. This position does not involve direct people management but requires strong project leadership and the ability to influence.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Manage end-to-end strategic acquiring projects.
- Define scope, schedules, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Coordinate teams across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Use AI to support decision-making and build scenarios.
- Generate executive reports, meeting minutes, action plans, and presentations using AI.
- Use AI to identify risks, dependencies, deviations, and blockers.
- Improve estimates and schedules through AI and historical data analysis.
- Automate repetitive tracking and governance activities.
- Analyze project health and anticipate trends regarding deadlines, costs, and scope.
- Apply PMI, Scrum, and Kanban practices according to the project context.
- Conduct governance forums, status meetings, and executive reporting.
- Manage external vendors and partners involved in projects.
- Monitor deployments and ensure the stabilization of deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement of management processes.
- Ensure the safe, responsible, and critical use of AI.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Solid experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of PMI practices and Agile methods.
- Recurrent and demonstrable use of AI in project management.
- Ability to create effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated responses.
- Experience with AI applied to planning, risk management, data analysis, automation, and executive communication.
- Experience with planning, schedules, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
- Ability to lead through influence, without direct management of teams.
- Executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to security, privacy, and responsible data usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or related fields.
Preferred
- Experience in acquiring, payment methods, cards, or the financial market.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
- Knowledge of the payment cycle and the acquiring ecosystem.
- Experience with AI Agents, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, AI agents, and automations.
- Knowledge of data analysis, predictive management, and portfolio tools.
- Experience with technological integrations, vendors, and international partners.
- Advanced English.
