You will be part of the Technology Superintendence responsible for the digital products of Investments, Insurance, Food, Digital Assets, Fraud & Risk, and the platform components of Inter's super app. You will work directly with the Superintendent in managing the main strategic projects and products of the area, creating standards for rituals, reports, and best practices that bring visibility, predictability, and speed to a portfolio with many parallel projects, always using AI as an ally.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Closely monitor the most critical strategic projects: status, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Create and implement standards, templates, and best practices for rituals and reports for the entire portfolio.
- Consolidate weekly reports by area and by critical project for leadership.
- Organize and conduct monitoring rituals, such as kick-offs, checkpoints, and committees.
- Unblock dependencies between teams and escalate risks in a timely manner.
- Support technical and product leaders in adopting standards in their daily work.
- Use AI and automation to gain efficiency in information gathering and report generation.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Experience in project management, program management, or PMO in technology companies, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience creating or implementing management standards: rituals, templates, status reports, risk and decision management.
- Executive communication and synthesis skills, both written and in presentations.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
- Excel or Google Sheets advanced proficiency.
- Frequent use of generative AI tools in work.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in large technology companies.
- Intermediate English.
- Certifications such as PMP/CAPM, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience with dashboards and BI tools.
- Experience creating automations or AI agents for project management.
- Experience with international projects.
