About the Role and Mission
You will be part of our Data & IT Strategy team and work directly with innovation, technology, management, and strategic planning, ensuring the alignment of technology results with Inter’s business strategy.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams;
- Promote organizational culture;
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendors;
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and C-Levels;
- Lead committees and executive meetings with technology, business, finance, and administration leadership;
- Develop, implement, and maintain documents, presentations, plans, and general documentation regarding Data, AI, and Technology strategy;
- Ensure and provide visibility into compliance controls with regulations (SOX, BACEN, CVM);
- Ensure and provide visibility into the implementation and compliance of IT governance frameworks (Gartner, COBIT, ITIL, PM, PMO);
- Conduct assessments, conversations, and surveys for planning and ensuring the execution of Data, AI, and Technology strategic plans;
- Establish methodologies for quantitative and qualitative analysis of Data, AI, and Technology indicators;
- Manage agendas, meetings, and gatherings with strategic Data, AI, and Technology stakeholders;
- Support the due diligence process for new partners and M&As;
- Oversee the strategic program, projects, KPIs, structure, and operating model for Data, AI, and Technology;
- Monitor and report the status of technology and data risks to other leadership and stakeholders;
- Maintain a corporate record of strategies, projects, costs, and technology and data indicators, and track action plans;
- Implement and manage corporate solutions for product management, projects, and Data, AI, and Technology indicators;
- Automate management processes, cost controls, and the registration and tracking of Data, AI, and Technology plans and programs;
- Conduct periodic planning reviews;
- Participate in executive committees and Data, AI, and Technology working groups;
- Define KPIs and provide executive reports for the area;
- Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing;
- Implement, manage, and encourage promotion and PR initiatives for Data, AI, and Technology;
- Implement artificial intelligence and RPA solutions for the optimization of plans, controls, and indicators;
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of controls and plans, and implement improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Experience in relationship management with executives and C-Level;
- Fluent English;
- Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Administration, Engineering, or Public Relations);
- Postgraduate degree (in Computer Science, Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Product, Project Management, or Public Relations);
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel and AI.
Preferred
- Spanish (intermediate or higher);
- Previous experience in a CIO Staff role;
- Courses and/or training related to strategy, planning, projects, products, or AI;
- Certifications related to technology, data, and AI.
