Your Responsibilities
- IT Customer Support: Handling service requests and incidents related to IT infrastructures (ticket, phone, email).
- Remote Maintenance & On-Site Service: Independent coordination of service and installation appointments. Resolving issues via remote access and providing support for installations, deliveries, and complex requirements on-site at the customer's location.
- Client & Server Environments: Setup, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows clients as well as Windows and Linux servers.
- Network & Infrastructure: Support of network components (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and ensuring a stable IT infrastructure.
- Installation & Integration of IT Systems: Setup of new hardware, system configuration, and integration into existing IT environments.
- Technical Consulting & Offer Preparation: Evaluation of customer requirements as a basis for preparing suitable IT offers (including selection of appropriate components and sensible additions).
- Collaboration in the IT Team: Technical implementation of IT solutions in coordination with consulting/sales and internal services, as well as mutual support during ongoing operations.
Your Profile
- Qualification: Completed IT training, further education, or comparable qualification.
- Professional Experience: Practical experience in IT support or administration of server and network systems.
- Windows Knowledge: Confident use of Windows clients, basic knowledge of Windows server structures (e.g., Active Directory) and Microsoft 365.
- Network & Infrastructure Understanding: Basic knowledge of network technologies and understanding of virtualization.
- Commercial Understanding: Ability to grasp customer requirements and economically evaluate IT solutions. Experience in preparing offers and actively proposing IT solutions in customer contact is desirable.
- Service-Oriented Approach: Responsible work ethic and reliable adherence to agreements and deadlines. Confident and professional representation of Köbele as an IT service provider.
- Driver's License Class B: Willingness for regular customer assignments in field service.
