Job Highlights / Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Preparation, analysis, and visualization of purchasing data (e.g., spend analysis, supplier data, process KPIs)
- AI Applications: Support in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI tools in the procurement environment
- Process Mining (e.g., Celonis): Contribution to the further development of existing process analyses and dashboards
- Automation: Identification and implementation of automation potentials in purchasing processes
- Concept & Documentation: Creation of analysis concepts, presentations, and decision memos
Experience / Skills
Technical
- Initial practical experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI)
- Interest in AI applications and their use in business processes
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal
- Analytical, structured way of thinking
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) is a plus
