We are looking for a Field Technician to provide on-site support for Telespazio's operations. The professional will be responsible for performing technical field services, carrying out installation, maintenance, inspection, and incident resolution activities, ensuring that service calls are handled within the established service levels and supporting the operational activities of the area. We have opportunities in the cities of Brasília (DF), Campo Grande (MS), Salvador (BA), and Florianópolis (SC).

Main responsibilities
- Respond to technical field calls according to defined priority and SLA.
- Perform inspections, tests, and basic diagnostics on equipment and infrastructure.
- Perform installation, replacement, and removal of equipment, modules, cables, and accessories.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform electrical and connectivity measurements using appropriate instruments.
- Record all activities performed through technical reports and photographic evidence when necessary.
- Provide remote or on-site support to the Operations team whenever there are no field assignments.
- Take care of the tools, equipment, and materials used.
- Comply with the company's safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Maintain constant communication with the Operations team during service calls.
Requirements
Education
- Completed Technical Course in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related areas.
Experience
- Experience in maintenance of telecommunications equipment or infrastructure.
- Experience in field technical support.
- Basic knowledge of networks, electrical systems, and electronic equipment.
- Experience with installation and maintenance activities will be considered a plus.
Availability
- Availability for travel within the region of operation.
- Availability for emergency services, when necessary.
