Your Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, and further development of AI workflows, agents, and technical integrations, especially with n8n as well as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Conception and implementation of practical AI solutions based on our AI strategy and business requirements from internal departments
- Building and further developing RAG pipelines for document search and knowledge management, including ingestion, chunking, retrieval, source handling, and evaluation
- Connecting and integrating tools, data sources, and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, and suitable automation solutions
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders: gathering requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and implementing them iteratively
- Conducting workshops and training sessions (on-site or remote), presenting demos, and creating understandable documentation and guides
- Collaboration with the platform and AI IT team, especially regarding requirements for data access, permissions, or infrastructure
Your Profile
- Team-oriented personality with a structured and reliable way of working
- Experience or strong practical affinity in prompt engineering and AI-supported workflows
- Very good German language skills
- Practical experience with workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable solutions
- Strong communication skills: You can convey complex technical content understandably and moderate workshops confidently
- Basic understanding of software development (e.g., clean code structure, debugging, testing) as well as version and code management (branching, reviews, releases – tool-independent)
- Solid knowledge in development with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of RAG concepts and vector search
- An understanding of data protection and compliance issues is an advantage
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus, but not a requirement
