About the opportunity

MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Support installation and configuration of access controls.
- Perform installation and organization of structured cabling.
- Support basic connection and configuration of network equipment.
- Provide technical support to users, computer equipment, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Register and document services and incidents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical degree, TSU, or Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, CCTV, networks, cabling, or related activities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to perform field work and travel to different locations.
- Availability to travel nationally according to projects.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to solve technical problems and work in a team.
KNOWLEDGE IN
- CCTV, preferably Hikvision and/or Dahua.
- TCP/IP Networks.
- Structured cabling.
- Access controls.
- Windows, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
- Use of installation tools.
