What you will do
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence | You will conceptualize, implement, and further develop BI solutions and data structures for our clients and internal departments.
- Automation & Digital Operations | You will analyze existing methods, processes, and data flows and develop viable automation and digitalization solutions from them for continuous optimization and further development of the company.
- Artificial Intelligence & Strategy Implementation | You will operationally implement our existing AI strategy, further develop existing AI applications, identify new use cases, and explore further areas of application for intelligent solutions within the company and in client work.
- Technical Solution Development | You will combine business requirements with technical expertise and conceptualize robust solutions at the interface of data, automation, systems, and AI.

What you bring
- Education & Background | You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a completed apprenticeship in the IT field.
- Experience | You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or similar fields.
- IT Skills | You have a strong affinity for IT and are very familiar with BI products in the Microsoft environment, data flows, interfaces, and technical system interrelationships – preferably also with data modeling, Fabric, and modern AI applications.
- Ownership & Drive for Design | You take responsibility, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and want to actively build and expand a strategically important future field.
- Self-Responsibility & Organization | You can coordinate your work independently, have excellent time management skills, and drive tasks forward reliably, conscientiously, and on time.
- Analytical & Innovation Skills | With your highly developed analytical aptitude, you grasp the core of a situation, consider technical interrelationships, and develop new data- and AI-based approaches in addition to classic solutions.
- Communication & Empathy | You understand your counterparts, can express yourself clearly, and can make technical topics understandable even for non-technical stakeholders.
- Languages | You have very good German (C1) and English (B2/C1) language skills.
