Role Mission

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the design of products, primarily digital, from their conception to their market launch. Your role will involve understanding, analyzing, and defining the information architecture and interaction in interfaces, as well as visual planning based on the design system and brand guidelines.

You will find solutions that generate value for users and meet the established objectives and indicators. You will focus on usability and the interaction the user has with the product or service, and you will be able to communicate this to the business.

This vacancy is to be performed under the Talent Implant model at BBVA, as part of the Multiplica team.

Minimum requirements

Important note: As an essential requirement for applying, the candidate must not have an active or recent selection process with BBVA through another consultancy.

Understanding of multichannel experiences within an ecosystem of digital products and/or services.

Data analysis: Data-driven decision-making. Through your knowledge and experience, select which types of data to use and how to implement this information in the project, being clear about the reason for the decision.

Knowledge and understanding of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking. Ability to differentiate both concepts and the value each contributes to their implementation within the project.

Experience in applying User-Centered Design and Design Thinking elements in digital product projects.

Knowledge and understanding of web and app design systems: Knowledge and comprehension of visual elements and component design for web and app. Advanced handling of software (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end tasks in complex, high-visibility, or strategic projects, understanding user and business needs for correct decision-making regarding objectives, scope, solutions, and obstacle prevention.

Create an environment that promotes teamwork and innovation. Challenge current solutions/ways of doing things and propose design improvement recommendations and new ideas.

Ensure that all decisions of the scrum team where you are assigned revolve around the user.

Work to ensure a human-centered design perspective exists within your team and in project results, sensitizing your scrum team about the value and importance of user experience in projects.

Estimate the amount of work required to handle project tasks and manage their communication. Use design and agile methodologies to approach the project.

If necessary, contribute to the creation of components for the design system used in the organization's internal platforms, based on brand and design guidelines; complying with usability and accessibility standards.
