About Na Prática

We are looking for a summer intern to work with data, building dashboards, organizing information, and supporting evidence-based decisions across different areas of Na Prática — from marketing to sales and education. This is an opportunity for those who enjoy transforming data into insights and are interested in BI and, eventually, in a bit of web development.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support metric tracking for the areas;
- Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources, ensuring consistency and reliability;
- Support data analysis that underpins business decisions and team initiatives;
- Automate data collection and report update routines whenever possible;
- Support the development of small internal web tools and solutions;
- Monitor performance indicators and help identify improvement opportunities;
- Document processes, data sources, and methodologies used;
- Translate numbers into clear insights for non-technical teams.
Desirable (not required)
- Familiarity with a BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase);
- Knowledge of SQL and/or advanced spreadsheets;
- Interest or initial experience in programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar);
- Good communication and organization skills.
