Technical Skills

Previous experience: 3 to 5+ years working as a Delivery Associate, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Delivery Specialist on modernization projects within traditional banking or regulated financial institutions.

Domain knowledge: Functional mastery of consumer banking products: credit origination (personal, automotive, mortgage), deposit taking (checking/savings accounts, time deposits), payment methods (credit/debit cards), or branch teller/platform systems.

Conceptual technical judgment: Functional understanding of how frontend systems, middleware/APIs, and legacy banking cores interact. You will not be programming or validating code directly, but you must be able to maintain a fluid technical conversation with architects and developers regarding data flows and service contracts.

Methodologies and tools: Fluid handling of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and align commercial and technical audiences in a high-pressure corporate environment.

Global interaction: Maintain communication and present occasional progress reports in English to leaders and technical or business counterparts located in the US.
