Your Mission

You'll dive into demanding enterprise projects, working precisely at the intersection of network, security, automation, and AI. It's not just about automating existing processes. It's about developing new operating models.
How does infrastructure become a Single Source of Truth? How can AI agents take over repetitive tasks? How can network platforms, documentation, logging, and automation be intelligently connected?

Your Responsibilities
What awaits you:
You'll work on projects with real depth, for example:
- You'll automate network and security platforms for large enterprise clients
- You'll develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Ansible, Terraform, and modern DevOps methods
- You'll build Single Sources of Truth with NetBox or Nautobot and integrate them into existing operational processes
- You'll orchestrate automation and AI agents with platforms like n8n
- You'll connect network, security, logging, and monitoring systems via APIs and event-driven workflows
- You'll develop automation platforms for complex infrastructure environments
- You'll evaluate new technologies and productively implement innovations in customer environments
Your tasks
- Automation of network and security configurations (Cisco, Check Point, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
- Development and advancement of modern automation platforms
- Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, Terraform, and similar technologies
- Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Development and automation of CI/CD processes
- Building and maintaining Single Sources of Truth (NetBox, Nautobot)
- Orchestration of AI agents and automation workflows with n8n
- Integration of APIs, data sources, and infrastructure platforms
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of automation solutions
- Technical consulting on network automation, security, and modern infrastructure architectures
- (Partial) project responsibility – if you want it
Your Profile
???? What you should bring:
You don't have to master everything perfectly. But you should enjoy trying out, questioning, and productively using technologies.
We are particularly interested in the following knowledge and interests:
- Experience in network, security, automation, or DevOps
- Network understanding at least at CCNA level
- Python or comparable scripting languages
- Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- REST-APIs, JSON, YAML, YANG/NETCONF/RESTCONF, Postman/Bruno & Co.
- Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, Terraform, or comparable technologies
- Critical thinking when dealing with AI systems: You question results, check if an agent actually did what it was supposed to do, and take responsibility for the outputs
- German (min. C1) and English (min. B1/B2)
Nice-to-haves
- Cisco AIBIZ, AITECH, DCAI, or similar AI training
- Experience with n8n or comparable automation platforms
- Knowledge of NetBox, Nautobot, or similar SSoT/NSoT platforms
- Monitoring, logging, and SIEM solutions like Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, Graylog, or QRadar
- NetBox Copilot and AI-powered infrastructure workflows
