Your Mission
- You will be responsible for the independent creation of security and company-specific guidelines for all phases of the DevOps cycle
- You will handle the execution of DevSecOps assessments and maturity level determinations, as well as holistic consulting in the area of DevSecOps ("People", Processes, Technology)
- You will lead the design of Security Champion Programs to strengthen companies' security culture and be responsible for presenting recommendations to management level
- You will analyze Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) architectures and independently derive measures for securing the entire ecosystem and integrating IT security
- You will be responsible for securing tools and processes in the development chain, from start to delivery within the context of the CI/CD process model
Minimum requirements
Your Skillset
- You have a completed degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of extensive experience in IT Security, with experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS), considering secure application development
- You bring in-depth experience with Application Security Testing tools (e.g., SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, Penetration Testing)
- You have demonstrable experience in DevSecOps with corresponding processes, tools, and architectures, as well as practical knowledge in the cloud environment
- We require very good German and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel for selected customer projects
