The Master's program in Information and Communication Technology at HTWK Leipzig closely combines theory and practice. In the first two semesters, you will attend block courses at the university twice per semester for three weeks each. About three-quarters of all courses take place there. During the remaining time, you will work with us, focusing on software development, and complete exercises through self-study via the university's e-learning system. Your team will be based in either Backend or Fullstack, and you can also gain insights into the work of other teams. In the third semester, you will write your Master's thesis, ideally on a topic from our daily work. We will provide close supervision, and the university will support you online.

With us, you will become part of a permanent team and have a dedicated contact person who will support you professionally and personally throughout your entire study period, even during your theory phases at HTWK. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to look into the work of other teams.

We are an office-first team because we work better together on-site. In our Leipzig office, ideas are born in passing, problems are solved at the whiteboard, and in between, we compete in a quick table tennis match. Nevertheless, hybrid work is part of our culture: usually one day per week in the home office, with flexibility upon agreement within the team. Especially at the beginning of your studies, you will benefit from being close to the team.
