Regional Project Manager FTTH Housing Industry NE3 - North Region (m/f/d)

Together with the operational construction project managers, you are responsible for the success of FTTH housing industry projects in your region, from detailed planning to supporting the commissioning of the passive network (NE3). In doing so, you will work closely with our central housing industry project management team.

You will act as the technical contact person for the housing industry in your region within the scope of our FTTH projects and ensure smooth cooperation with our local partners.

You will attend on-site meetings with the housing industry to discuss projects, resolve challenges, and strengthen collaboration.

You will support our local partners with technical questions and conduct general inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Your duties include handling technical contract issues, creating bills of quantities, and developing installation concepts as part of construction supervision.

Together with our sales team (Solution Manager), you will develop technical concepts and rollout plans for individual housing associations and coordinate feasibility and implementation within the technical departments.

You bring initial knowledge in the field of telecommunications technology, particularly in fiber optic expansion of FTTX networks, as well as in the construction and modification of telecommunications systems and infrastructure. In addition, you have practical experience in dealing with suppliers and service providers.

You have successfully completed vocational training in a technical field or a degree in telecommunications engineering, communication technology, or electrical engineering, and ideally have initial professional experience in project management.

Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities distinguish you.

You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Project, and Visio.
