IT Systems & Network Support Specialist

At PacAero, technology is more than computers and networks. It's what keeps our manufacturing operations running, protects critical defense and aerospace information, and connects our people, equipment, and processes.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Agawam, Massachusetts, with occasional travel to our Norton facility.

Why Join PacAero?

You'll be joining a team where your work is visible, your ideas matter, and your technical expertise makes a real difference.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership, work across multiple manufacturing operations, and contribute directly to both operational performance and cybersecurity readiness.
