What you will do with us
- You will be responsible for the IT and system architecture of our digital learning platforms, including our AI-based solutions, and will strategically develop them further.
- You will integrate AI and LLM components into our products and shape the necessary infrastructure for them.
- You will be responsible for identity and access management, for example with Keycloak and SSO, as well as interfaces to internal systems and customer systems such as LMS and HR systems.
- You will support technical requirements in enterprise projects with our customers.
- You will drive migration and modernization projects forward, for example the transfer of services to our own infrastructure, while ensuring stable operation.
- You will create transparency regarding infrastructure and operating costs, including AI usage, and provide the basis for calculation and cost control.
- You will work closely with the CTO, IT management, product management, and development, translate requirements into viable technical solutions, and act as a sparring partner for other teams.
- You will define architecture standards, best practices, and documentation, taking data protection, security, and compliance, for example according to GDPR and ISO 27001, into account from the outset.
What you bring with you
- A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an IT or system architect or as a Senior Engineer with architectural responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD), and API design
- Experience in identity and access management with Keycloak and Microsoft Entra
- Practical experience in service migrations and operating productive SaaS systems
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Experience in planning and operating backup and recovery concepts
- A structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- Enjoyment of sharing knowledge and the ability to explain technology understandably, even to non-technical people
- Good English skills

- Experience with cloud cost analysis (FinOps)
