Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced measurement frameworks and statistical models to quantify how marketing investments drive advertiser growth and revenue across channels, including paid media, email, in-product experiences, organic social, webinars, e-learning platforms, and in-person events.

Analyze advertiser behavior across the end-to-end journey to identify the factors that influence acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn.

Address complex business questions, including how to improve marketing ROI, optimize budget allocation, measure impact across mature and emerging markets, and identify opportunities to grow Pinterest’s advertiser base and revenue.

Answer critical business questions and provide actionable recommendations on how to improve marketing ROI, optimize budget allocation, measure marketing impact across mature and emerging markets, and identify opportunities to accelerate advertiser and revenue growth.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Design, maintain, and promote dashboards and automated reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with self-service, AI-powered decision-making capabilities.

Build and optimize ETL pipelines to automate reporting and support strategic analyses, experimentation, and feature engineering for analytical models.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, and other teams to solve a broad range of business and product challenges.
