Apprenticeship: Level 3 Information Communications Technician

Duration: Approximately 13 months, plus a 12-week End-Point Assessment period

You will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day IT operations, helping users resolve technical issues, maintaining computer systems, and contributing to the reliable and secure delivery of IT services.
