Forward Deployed Engineer (m/f/d)

As our first Forward Deployed Engineer for Primefold RI, you will be the technical bridge between our product and the real-world problems our customers face. You will work with customers early on, identify which problems are truly important, and solve them with code: you will turn them into concrete use cases, build the solutions, deploy them into production, and ensure they deliver real value. Bringing customers live, from integrations to data onboarding, is part of the role, but it is a means to an end, not the goal. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, and our Solutions Engineer.

You are an engineer who enjoys working with customers. In the morning, you debug a pipeline; at noon, you explain an integration setup to a customer's IT team; and in the afternoon, you deliver the fix. You stay calm when things break, are honest about what the product can and cannot do, and do not wait for the perfect ticket to get started. You combine technical depth with good judgment and know when to configure, when to build, and when to bring in the engineering team.

Experience with AI and LLM-based products, such as document extraction, RAG, or agent workflows, and a practical sense of how to verify AI results against original documents is an advantage. Experience with document processing (OCR, classification, extraction), Microsoft 365, SharePoint and access concepts, with enterprise SaaS customers and their security and compliance requirements, as well as building repeatable processes in a startup, will also help you. If you work with AI coding tools daily, you will fit in well with us. Knowledge of real estate or PropTech workflows is a plus, but not a must. We will teach you the domain expertise.
