- You will take over 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft-based infrastructures and ensure stable and secure operation
- You will handle incidents in a structured and sustainable manner – from analysis and resolution to root cause assessment (not just "closing tickets")
- You will manage and further develop our Modern Workplace infrastructure, always with the goal of continuously improving processes and technologies
- You will work closely with the Service Desk and take over incidents when deeper technical analysis or operational expertise is required
- You will plan and execute standard changes, e.g., patch, maintenance, and operational changes, and ensure clean implementation in regular operations
- You will operate and maintain Windows server environments, Active Directory, and associated Microsoft services
- You will perform regular updates and maintenance (e.g., Windows Server, Exchange, SQL) while assessing dependencies and risks, and ensure up-to-dateness
- You will document incidents, solutions, and workarounds comprehensibly in our knowledge bases and ticket systems
- You will work closely with colleagues from Operations and Service Delivery Management and actively contribute to improving incident and change processes
- You will participate in on-call duties and provide support during critical incidents
Minimum requirements

- You have completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field and have professional experience in operational IT
- You have practical experience in incident management in a 2nd/3rd level environment and approach disruptions systematically
- You are confident with Microsoft infrastructures, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and ideally Exchange and/or SQL
- You already have initial experience in the Microsoft cloud environment (M365, Azure, AVD, etc.) and are enthusiastic about these technologies
- You know the difference between incident, problem, and change and understand when each approach is appropriate
- You work independently, systematically, and remain calm and solution-oriented even in incident situations
- You document technical issues clearly and accurately
- You are service-oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a team
- You are proficient in German and English, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international environment
- Knowledge of PowerShell or automation is a plus, but not a requirement
