This role contributes across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment, while leading complex initiatives and mentoring junior team members. The position requires deep expertise in cloud platform services, modern web application frameworks, event driven architectures, and containerized deployment strategies, particularly as the organization transitions from a legacy on premises monolithic system to a scalable cloud based environment. The team operates within an AI augmented software development lifecycle, leveraging AI assisted tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enable automation across the development pipeline, and this role performs work with a high degree of independence while reporting to the Senior Director of Software Development.

Why This Role

This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain existing software. We're looking for a Software Developer who's ready to do more than close tickets—someone who wants to help modernize a mature enterprise platform by designing and building scalable cloud-native solutions that will shape the future of our products. If you're energized by solving complex technical challenges and creating software with real impact, you'll find plenty of opportunities here.

AI-assisted development is a core part of how our engineering team works. We actively leverage modern AI tools and workflows to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and continuously evolve how we build software. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies while helping define engineering best practices.

If you enjoy solving challenging problems at scale, taking ownership of technical solutions, and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture, we'd love to hear from you. We're investing in the future of our platform and looking for engineers who are excited to help build what's next.
